SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER DISPATCH

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order. We remain closed on all Indian public holidays. All orders placed on the day prior to non-working days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Upon completing an online purchase, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and delivery details. You will also be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

At Happiness Inside, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best in terms of quality. However, if for some reason, you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, Happiness Inside will accept returns under the following conditions: • The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you • The wrong product has been supplied to you • The jar was received in a damaged condition For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us. However you must write to us on happinessinside.hi@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us for you to be able to receive your refund. You must provide photographic evidence of the faulty item to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

We do not exchange or provide refunds for products if you have: • Ordered or chosen incorrectly • Changed your mind, or taste • Product incorrectly stored and then loosing it’s taste (storage instructions are on the label) • Opened and half eaten jars

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card

CANCELLATION POLICY
